Welcome to the FAQ section of addons4.pro! We understand that you may have questions or need assistance using our Joomla/WordPress extensions. For all extensions and add-ons labeled “YOOtheme Pro Extensions,” the “YOOtheme Pro Theme” is required. This theme is not included with our extensions and must be subscribed to and downloaded separately from the website yootheme.com. Without this template, the extensions and addons cannot be used.
You purchase the product and receive access for 12 months to download new or updated versions from your customer account. After 12 months, the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it in your customer account. You can also see in your customer account how long you still have access to the files.
To cancel a subscription, customers can follow these steps:
1. Log in to your user account under “My Account” using your credentials. If you no longer have them, you can request them there or have a new password sent to you.

2. Click on “Subscriptions” in the menu to view a list of your subscriptions.

3. Select the subscription you want to cancel by clicking on “Show.”

4. You will now be in the “Subscription Details” section, where you can see all information about your subscription. Here you will also find the button to cancel. This will end the subscription after the current billing period.
Important Note: Canceling a subscription does not issue a refund; it simply prevents future renewals.
For further management options, customers can also find details about their subscription status, next payment date, and payment method on this page.

The extension or addon will continue to work even after your subscription has expired. Its functionality remains intact; however, you will no longer receive (security-) updates or further developments for the extension. Support is also no longer available after the subscription has expired. We recommend renewing your subscription if you would like to continue receiving updates and support.
We accept PayPal as a payment method because it offers our customers a secure and convenient way to process payments. Whether you use your PayPal account or pay directly with a credit or debit card via PayPal, you can choose the option that suits you best. We place great importance on a smooth payment experience so that you can easily purchase our extensions or addons.

For WordPress, you can find the demos at https://wp-demo.addons4.pro/, and for Joomla at https://j-demo.addons4.pro. In our documentation section, you will also find guidance on installing and configuring our extensions or add-ons.
No, you can use our extensions or addons on multiple websites of your own. However, we rely on a principle of fairness. If you create commercial websites for clients, we would appreciate it if the client purchased their own subscription. In general, there is no limitation, but we aim to keep our prices as low and flexible for you as possible in the long term.
After completing the payment, you can find your download in your customer account.

2. Click on “Downloads” in the menu to view a list of your products.

3. Select the product you want to download by clicking on the download button.
Important: Your download includes the latest version for both Joomla and WordPress. Therefore, you need to extract the file before installation.

Yes, the extensions are regularly developed further and also checked for security. When new versions are available, you can download and install them from your user account. The version numbers are always listed on the product page, and you can find the changelog for each extension in the documentation section.
Since a separate subscription is created for each product, it is unfortunately not possible to check out with multiple products in the cart. For technical reasons, a separate subscription must be created for each product so that each product can also be canceled individually.
