addons4pro is a product of webart-IT UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and is hereinafter referred to as webart-IT.

webart-IT is not affiliated with the Joomla!® project or Open Source Matters and is not endorsed by them. Product License Information
All products are released under the GNU General Public License (GPL).
Each purchase is a one-time payment and includes access to updates and technical support for 12 months from the date the license is issued. The purchase does not create an automatically renewing subscription, and no further payments will be collected automatically.
Unless stated otherwise on the respective product page, a license may be activated on one production website. Development or staging installations may be handled separately where supported.
After the 12-month license period expires, the version already installed may generally continue to be used. Access to new downloads, updates, new activations and technical support ends when the license expires.
Customers can purchase the product again if they want another 12 months of updates and support.
License keys, download packages and customer accounts may not be shared with third parties. For client projects, we recommend that the client purchases and owns the license.
Payment
Payments are processed via the PayPal payment system.
Delivery
After successful payment processing, you will receive your account information at the email address you provided. This usually happens within a few minutes. Please also check your spam folder. If you have not received an email, please contact us at sales@addons4.pro. Once you have received your account details, you can immediately access the purchased software.
Copyright
The customer may not claim any intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to webart-IT products, whether modified or unmodified. All products are and remain the property of webart-IT unless ownership rights clearly belong to third parties (e.g., third-party libraries). If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us.
Software License: GNU/GPL V2
The addons from webart-IT are licensed under the terms of the GNU General Public License v2.0 (full details can be found here: http://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0.html). You are allowed to modify the products as needed for your purposes. Redistribution of the original or a modified version must always comply with the GNU GPL license. In such cases, you may neither alter nor remove the copyright information in the header of the XML descriptor file or the PHP file. Please contact us if your requirements are not covered by these terms.
Support Policy
webart-IT provides technical support for purchased products during the active 12-month license period. Support is provided exclusively via email.
Technical support covers questions and problems directly related to installing, activating and using the purchased product. It does not normally include custom development, individual website configuration or support for unrelated third-party products.

webart-IT products and services are provided “as is.” webart-IT disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use of our services is at your own risk. webart-IT shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages or other impairments resulting from the use or inability to use webart-IT products and services.
