No. Your purchase is a one-time payment and does not create an automatically renewing subscription.

Each purchase includes:

• the extension or plugin;
• a license valid for 12 months;

• access to updates for 12 months;

• technical support for 12 months.

You will not be charged again automatically.

The license period begins when your payment has been completed and the license has been issued.

The exact expiration date can be viewed in your customer account or in the license information inside the installed extension.

The version already installed on your website will generally continue to work.

After the license expires, you will no longer be able to:

• download new versions;

• install automatic updates;

• activate the license on another website;

• receive technical support.

You can continue using the last version installed before the license expired. However, we recommend using a current license so that you receive compatibility fixes, security-related updates and new features.

No. There is no automatic renewal and no recurring PayPal payment.

If you want another 12 months of updates and support, you can purchase the product again. A new purchase is always initiated by you.

Yes. You can add multiple addons and extensions to your shopping cart and purchase them together in a single order.

Each product receives its own license and expiration date.

A customer account is required so that we can securely provide your:

• purchased downloads;

• license information;

• expiration dates;

• order history;

• invoices;

• access to future updates.

Your account also ensures that licenses and downloads remain assigned to the correct customer.

After successful payment:

1. Sign in under My Account.

2. Open Downloads to download your purchased products.

3. Open the license section to view your license keys and expiration dates.

Download the package from your customer account and follow the installation instructions in the relevant product documentation.

Some download packages contain separate versions for Joomla and WordPress. If the downloaded file contains more than one installation package, extract it first and install only the package intended for your platform.

Do not install the complete download archive unless the documentation explicitly instructs you to do so.

While your license is active, available updates can be installed through the update function of the respective Joomla extension or WordPress plugin.

Depending on the product, you can also download the latest version manually from your customer account.

Updates are available until the license expiration date.

Yes. Expiration of the license does not normally remove or automatically uninstall the extension from your website.

The expired license no longer provides access to updates, downloads, new activations or technical support. Compatibility with future Joomla, WordPress, PHP or YOOtheme Pro versions cannot be guaranteed without current updates.

The permitted number of activations is shown with the respective product or license.

Development or staging installations may be handled separately from production websites where supported.

Please do not share your license key, download packages or customer account with third parties. For client projects, we recommend that the client purchases and owns the license so they retain independent access to updates and support.

If the license has reached its activation limit, deactivate it on the website where it is no longer required before activating it on the new website.

If the old website is no longer accessible, contact support and include your order number, product name and the affected domain.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may depend on your country and PayPal eligibility.

Depending on availability, you can pay using:

• PayPal;

• debit or credit card;

• other payment options offered through PayPal.

All purchases are one-time payments. Completing the checkout does not create an automatically renewing subscription.

Yes. Valid coupons are applied directly to the eligible products in your shopping cart.
