After completing the payment, you can find your download in your customer account.

2. Click on “Downloads” in the menu to view a list of your products.

3. Select the product you want to download by clicking on the download button.

Important: Your download includes the latest version for both Joomla and WordPress. Therefore, you need to extract the file before installation.

The extension or addon will continue to work even after your subscription has expired. Its functionality remains intact; however, you will no longer receive (security-) updates or further developments for the extension. To cancel a subscription, customers can follow these steps:

2. Click on “Subscriptions” in the menu to view a list of your subscriptions.

3. Select the subscription you want to cancel by clicking on “Show.”

4. You will now be in the “Subscription Details” section, where you can see all information about your subscription. Here you will also find the button to cancel. This will end the subscription after the current billing period.

Important Note: Canceling a subscription does not issue a refund; it simply prevents future renewals.
